12:10 ‘Change leadership in changing times’ by Anita Krohn Traaseth, CEO of Innovation Norway.

Anita is titled as "Top 20 Women in Business in Northern Europe", "Top 50 Most Inspiring Women in European Tech" and "Best Female Leader in the IT Industry".

Anita Krohn Traaseth is considered as one of the most inspiring business leaders in Norway. Her participation in public debate covers innovation, digitalization and next generation leadership challenges. She is former CEO of Hewlett-Packard Norway and Director of Strategy at Det Norske Veritas GL.

Krohn Traaseth studied Communication and Management at BI Norwegian Business School. At Harvard University she completed an Executive Leadership Program and earned certification in Strategy and Innovation from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). She has a personal blog on leadership and her management book “Good Enough for the Bastards” came straight in on the Norwegian bestseller lists.

A practical innovation workshop by Mart Kikas, Partner in Business Innovation MBA of Estonian Business School and Claus Gladyszak, Business Model Innovation Strategic Advisor of Innovation Norway.

Changing times need constant innovation and development. We will discuss the main reasons why business developments fail and how you can minimize those risks.

The workshop is led by business innovation top experts in Norway and Estonia. Innovation Norway has started to use Business Model to challenge Norwegian companies to think more customer-orientated. Estonian Business School has launched a new Business Innovation program, which is yet one of the few in the world about intrapreneurship and entrepreneurship.

Mingling Event - Art Exhibition & Wine Presentation

NECC have the pleasure of inviting you to a mingling event on Wednesday 2 September, to be held at EESTI KUNSTIMUUSEUM, KADRIORG (Weizenbergi 37, Tallinn).

The Event will commence at 17:30 with an exhibition “Feel yourself like at home” of the world famous Estonian artist Marko Mäetamm, to be followed by a wine presentation by Rein Kasela. Marko Mäletamm will offer also a guided tour. 

Free food & drinks to be served after the Wine Presentation.
