Real estate developer and investor

Paal has education in aviation and technical engineering.

He established his first Estonian company in 1992 and has developed several startups and promoted business relationships between Estonia and Norway since then. He has, among other things, built 3 shopping and office centers, opened 10 Handyman shops and started Select mail order in the Baltics.

Paal is the founder of Norwegian Business Association, today NECC, in 2007 and was leading the organisation the first 7 years. During these years he was one of the founding members of FICE (Foreign Investors’ Council in Estonia) and Estonian largest charity, Aitan Lapsi. Paal is also a charter member of Tallinn International Rotary Club.
